Overview
A mixed development in west Dublin comprising commercial units and residential apartments. Deep Foundations Specialists designed the foundation piles, contiguous pile walls, ground anchors and soil nails for one of the bidding main contractors, RAP Construction Limited, at tender stage as part of the design-and-build tendering process.
RAP Construction won the tender and re-engaged DFS to carry out detailed designs for the geotechnical elements of the contract. Our designs were adopted by the piling contractor RAP appointed.
